Police said that a bench warrant was issued for Rushing after he failed to appear for a scheduled court appearance of driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 or more, aggravated unlicensed operation and multiple traffic infractions .
Rushing voluntarily appeared at Yorktown police headquarters and was taken into custody for processing, police said.
Rushing was arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court by a judge and held at the Westchester County Jail without bail. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, Jan. 8, at 6 p.m.
