Robert Reichert, 24, surrendered to police on Tuesday after a bench warrant was issued. Police did not know what Reichert did to violate his probation.

In 2015, Reichert was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs after being pulled over on the Taconic State Parkway.

Reichert was unable to post bail, which was set at $1,000 cash or $1,500 bond. He was turned over to the Westchester County Department of Corrections and is due back in court on Nov. 30.
