Yorktown Police Arrest Jefferson Valley Man On Harassment Charge

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Vincent A. Lovallo, a Jefferson Valley resident, has been arrested by Yorktown police and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree.

According to police, officers were dispatched to Lovallo’s residence for a check on welfare report. Police say while on the scene investigating the complaint, Lovallo was accused of spitting in the face of an officer while shouting derogatory comments based on the officer's perceived religious beliefs. Lovallo was arrested and transported to the Yorktown police department for processing.

Following processing, Lovallo was arraigned in the Yorktown Justice Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. Lovallo is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, Oct. 9 at 6 p.m.
