Dhillon was stopped by police after he was going 64 mph in a 45 mph speed zone along Route 6, according to police. Following a DMV check, police say that Dhillon was operating the vehicle while his New York State driving privileges were suspended. The vehicle also had an expired inspection, according to police.
Dhillon was arrested on the charges and was transported to Yorktown police department for processing. Following processing on the charges, Dhillon was released after posting $100 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, Oct. 7.
