YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Anthony Viverito, a 56-year-old Yorktown resident, was arrested, issued a criminal summons and charged with harassment after he was accused of striking a man in the face, according to Yorktown Police.
Police said they received a complaint from a male who said that he was struck in the face on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at approximately 8 p.m. An investigation led to a request for a criminal summons from the Yorktown Justice Court, according to police.
Police say Viverito voluntarily appeared at police headquarters in connection with the incident.
Viverito is due in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, Sept. 25, at 6 p.m.
