YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Mindy S. Quezada, a 37-year-old Peekskill resident, was charged with suspended registration and an uninsured motor vehicle on Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to Yorktown police.
Police were on patrol at approximately 12:08 p.m. and operating the plate reader when it alerted that the black Lincoln operated by Quezada was traveling east on Crompond Road and had a suspended registration, according to police.
