Eric Tutino, 34, was arrested Tuesday on one count of felony criminal sale of a controlled substance, according to police.

The charge stemmed from an undercover police investigation that took place in August 2013, during which Tutino sold prescription pills to another man, police said.

Tutino was arraigned on the charge in Yorktown Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance, police said.
