Yorktown Police Charge White Plains Man With Multiple Driving Violations

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Jeffrey N. Karson, a 52-year-old White Plains resident, was arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 1, and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, illegal u-turn, improper plates, and an unregistered motor vehicle.

Police say they were on patrol of Route 6 when they saw a vehicle making an illegal U-Turn. The vehicle was stopped and the operator was identified as Karson, according to police.

Following an investigation, it was found that Karson was operating the vehicle on a suspended license, the vehicle was also unregistered and had improper plates, police say. Karson was placed under arrest and processed on the scene. 

Following processing, he was issued an appearance ticket and released to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 6 p.m.
