Yorktown Police Charge Woman With DWI Following Accident

YORKTOWN, N.Y. – Yorktown police charged a woman Friday with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident at the Triangle Shopping Center, according to the Yorktown Police Department.

Denise R. Rodino, 65, of North Brookfield, Massachusetts, was arrested for DWI for allegedly driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .18 percent. In addition to the charges of leaving the scene of an accident and DWI, Rodino was charged with having an open container in the vehicle.

She was released from Yorktown Police Headquarters on $200 bail and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court July 21.
