Peekskill Police discovered Goodwin’s outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear in Yorktown Justice Court and bail jumping after arresting the 24-year-old on July 9 on unrelated charges.
A warrant for bail jumping was issued based on the amount of time since the issuance of her last schedule court appearance. Bail jumping in the third degree is a Class A misdemeanor and carries with it a maximum of a year in jail or three year’s probation, in addition of up to $1,000 in fines.
Goodwin is scheduled to appear in Yorktown court on July 21. Yorktown Police released Goodwin to Westchester County Police, who also had an outstanding warrant issued for her arrest.
