The domestic incident was reported July 22, 2011, and a warrant was issued for man's arrest after police failed to locate him.
On Tuesday, Yorktown police picked him up at Rikers Island in New York City, where he was held on unrelated charges. He was transported to and arraigned at Yorktown Justice Court. He was held at the Westchester Department of Correction on $5,000 bail, according to the report. He is due back in court March 19.
