Carlos M. Aldana is charged with aggravated second-degree unlicensed operation and operating a car without an interlock device, both misdemeanors, police said. He was released on $200 bail pending a 6 p.m. July 21 court date in Yorktown, police said.

Police said they got a call at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday about a domestic incident inside a car on Anna Court.

After an investigation, police said they learned he'd driven a car without the interlock device, an alcohol breath tester, which is required under the restrictions on his license.
