Yorktown Resident Charged With Felony Criminal Mischief And DWI

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Jennifer Andresen, a 44-year-old Yorktown resident, was charged Sunday, June 7 with criminal mischief and driving while intoxicated, according to the Yorktown Police Department.

Following the police's response to a domestic incident at 221 Locust Road, it was alleged Andresen intentionally crashed her vehicle into a male victim's vehicle, causing damage to both vehicles with damages totaling approximately $4,500, according to police.

It also was alleged Andresen was intoxicated while she was operating the vehicle, reported police.

Andresen is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court at 6 p.m. June 18.
