Yorktown Resident Charged With Pushing, Twisting Man's Arm In Dispute

YORKTOWN, N.Y. — A 24-year-old Yorktown man was charged with harassment by Yorktown police after officers received a call summoning them to a dispute on Deerhaunt Street, according to police.

Officers arrived on the scene Dec. 21 after receiving a call at 8:42 a.m. An investigation revealed Adam A. Urbana allegedly pushed and twisted the arm of the Deerhaunt resident at 7:30 that morning before he left the scene.

Urbana was served Dec. 23 by police with a criminal summons charging him with second-degree harassment.

He was released on his own recognizance pending a Tuesday, Jan 12, court appearance.
