Yorktown Resident Charged With Two Counts Of Violating Order Of Protection

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Yorktown man was charged with two counts of criminal contempt after allegedly violating an order for protection on Wednesday, according to Yorktown police.

Ryan E. McCullough, 22, was arrested after police received a 911 call requesting help for a domestic dispute, police said. 

When officers arrived at the home on Saw Mill River Road, a man and woman told them McCullough had been harassing them and they had received an order of protection from the courts.

McCullough was being held at the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. He is due to appear in court on Tuesday.
