Yorktown Restaurant Hit With Noise Complaint

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. - Yorktown police crashed a party at Murphy's Restaurant early Friday morning after receiving a complaint about excessive noise, police said.

According to the report, police received a complaint and responded to the Kear Street Restaurant at 1:20 a.m. The manager of the restaurant was then arrested for allegedly "allowing unreasonable and excessive noise," the report said.

The 30-year-old man was given a violation and is set to return to Yorktown Town Court on Sep. 27.
