Yorktown Supervisor's Son Charged With Stealing Cash From A Party

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Henry Grace, the 22-year-old son of Supervisor Michael Grace, was arrested and charged in Yorktown with grand larceny in the 4th degree, a Class E felony.

Grace allegedly stole $3,000 from a security box at a party in Yorktown, police said. Grace was released on his own recognizance and will appear in Yorktown Town Court on August 18.

In 2012, Grace was arrested twice. In February 2012, he was arrested and charged with grand larceny in the third degree, driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance after he allegedly stole a car.

In May 2012, he was charged with multiple felonies after he allegedly stole another car and ran from police.

Supervisor Grace confirmed the latest arrest to The Examiner, saying it was painful for everyone.
