Yorktown Teen Faces Forged License, Marijuana Charges

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Yorktown teen was arrested at 11 p.m., Tuesday, and charged with possession of a forged driver’s license and marijuana, police said.

The suspect was found in the corner of the Lakeland High School lot on East Main Street.

According to police reports, an officer was on routine patrol when he spotted a vehicle parked in the corner of the Lakeland High School lot on East Main Street. Following an investigation at the scene, it's alleged that the defendant was in possession of a forged driver's license and a quantity of marijuana.

The teen was released to his parents on his own recognizance pending a November court appearance.
