Yorktown Woman Arrested After Missing Court Date

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Lynn Doxey, a 48-year-old Yorktown resident, was arrested on Monday on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court for a petty larceny charge and endangering the welfare of a child, according to Yorktown police.

Police said Doxey voluntarily surrendered to Yorktown police. Doxey failed to appear in court on Feb. 10, police said.

Doxey was processed at Yorktown Police Headquarters, arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court, and released on $25 bail.
