Police said they responded to a domestic incident complaint. After an investigation at the scene, police found that Hill damaged property within the residence and violated a duly served Yorktown Justice Court temporary order of protection, police said. It’s also alleged that Hill resisted arrest by struggling and attempting to kick arresting officers.

Hill was processed at Yorktown police headquarters and was arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court on Sunday. She was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear on Thursday.
