She was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent or more and failure to maintain lane.
Police said the arrest was made after officers responded to the intersection of Route 100 and Seven Bridges Road for a personal injury auto accident on Friday.
Bozek was processed at Yorktown Police Headquarters and was released on her own recognizance to a responsible party.
She is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Tuesday, May 12 at 6 p.m.
