Yorktown Woman Charged With Stealing Clothes, Jewelry From Macy's

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Jacqueline M. Zaslow, a 55-year-old Yorktown resident, has been charged with petty larceny on Wednesday, Oct. 22, according to police.

Police say a call was received from a Macy’s security representative reporting a shoplifter in custody. Police were dispatched to the scene and following an investigation, arrested Zaslow for exiting the Macy’s without attempting to pay for assorted clothing at jewelry which totaled $213.

Following processing, Zaslow was issued an appearance ticket directing her to answer to the charges in the Yorktown Court on Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 6 p.m. She was released on her own recognizance.
