An officer on a routine patrol on Route 118 allegedly observed a vehicle driving erratically on Saturday, Feb. 6, at approximately 2:05 a.m., police report.
The officer conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle, and began an investigation, officials report.
At the conclusion of the investigation, the officer arrested Coyle-Mishk according to police.
Coyle-Mishk was transported to police headquarters for processing; she was charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, failure to use a designated lane, a traffic infraction, and two counts of disobeying a traffic control device, both traffic infractions, police report.
After processing, the suspect was released on her own recognizance to a family member, officials report.
She is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court for arraignment on Tuesday, Feb. 16, according to police.
