Yorktown Woman Charged With DWI

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown police arrested a local woman for driving under the influence after finding her passed out behind the wheel of her car in the CVS parking lot on Commerce Street on March 30, according to Yorktown police.

Police said they discovered Ginevieve R. Milar when they responded to a call of a woman passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle in the store's parking lot. When they arrived, they found Milar was intoxicated and sleeping. 

She was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated after failing a breath test, police said. 

Milar was processed at the Yorktown Police Department and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 14.
