Aysha J. Altizer, 22, was arrested Monday afternoon at the Taconic Pharmacy on Lee Boulevard in Jefferson Valley, police said.

She was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and violating a bench warrant, police said.

Altizer had missed a scheduled appearance in Yorktown Justice Court in May and a warrant was issued for her arrest, police said.

Altizer is accused of taking $34.33 in merchandise without paying for it, police said.

She was turned over to the custody of the Westchester County Department of Corrections.

Altizer was due in Yorktown Justice Court on Tuesday to answer the petty larceny charge, police said.
