Julia Gunther, 24, was charged with driving with a suspended license following property damage she reportedly caused while driving on Dec. 24. Officer Tillistrand responded to the area of 2131 Fountain Ct. at around 6:43 p.m.and found Gunther's license was suspended. He also issued her a summons for unsafe backing, according to police reports.

Since her license allegedly was suspended pending prosecution for a driving while intoxicated offense, the charges were upgraded to aggravated unlicensed driving.

She was released on her own recognizance pending a Jan. 26 court appearance.
