Gilbert Knocks Off Grace, Democrat Sweep In Yorktown

Ilan Gilbert knocked off Supervisor Michael Grace as the Democrats swept Yorktown.

Gilbert leads Grace, who was running for a third term, 51 percent to 49 percent, 5,449 votes to 5,173 votes with 88 percent reporting, according to unofficial results from the Westchester County Board of Elections.

Democrat Alice Roker was elected to the Town Board with 5,819 votes and Visnu Patel was re-elected with 5,363 votes. 

Republican incumbent Greg Bernard and Republican Rob Puff trailed with 4,903 votes and 4,786 votes, respectively.
