To the editor:
Kevin Byrne is exactly the kind of person I want representing us in the State Assembly. He’s running for Assembly to replace Steve Katz. I had a chance to speak with Kevin Byrne on several occasions. I helped interview him for the party's endorsement, I've seen him at numerous events, and he even came to my house going door to door. He also showed up to our Circolo da Vinci event in Yorktown while he was on crutches! That was only two weeks after he was hit head-on in a violent car crash.
Kevin has shown real commitment, and I really liked what he had to say. In my opinion, he’s just the right person to represent us in the Assembly. Kevin knows just how our high taxes and clueless state government have forced so many people to leave our state and make it more difficult for the people who still live here to afford it. Kevin also wants to use his experience as an EMT to combat the heroin crisis that cuts too many lives short.
In addition, his experience on the Putnam Valley Planning Board will serve him well to help improve our quality of life and create more opportunities in our towns. I've been very impressed with Kevin Byrne and I would trust him as our next Assemblyman. Learn more about Kevin at his website www.Byrne4NY.com
