On Election Day, polls will be open in Westchester County from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., with results expected to start rolling out in the hours after that. Local polling locations can be found here.

Highlights on this year’s ballot include the conclusion of Astorino’s run against Gov. Cuomo, the race for state comptroller between incumbent Thomas DiNapoli and former Attorney General Robert Antonacci. There may also be a local face joining the ranks of state government, with Yonkers’ John Cahill challenging Democrat Eric Schneiderman.

In Westchester, incumbent Democrat Sean Patrick Maloney is being challenged in the 18th District by Nan Hayworth, who he defeated in 2012.

The 40th State Senate District will also have a new face with Democrat Justin Wagner squaring off against Yorktown Councilman Terrence Murphy for the seat vacated by Greg Ball, who did not run for re-election.

In the 37th District, Sen. George Latimer seeks a second term, but has faced a challenge from Republic Joe Dillon. In northern Westchester, Assemblyman Thomas Abinanti is being Mount Pleasant native Mike Duffy in the 92nd District and Assemblyman Steve Katz has been tested by Brewster resident Andrew Falk, a democrat.

On Tuesday, voters will also determine whether Cuomo’s $2 billion Smart School Bond Act passes, which will supply Westchester Schools with nearly $62 million, which includes nearly $25 million for Yonkers schools and just less than $8 million being sent to the Mount Vernon School District.

Polling places countywide will be open from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Election Day.
