Coldwell Banker Honors Top Sales Specialists In Yorktown

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Yorktown recently recognized six sales specialists for their exceptional achievements.

The honored sales team members were Cathy Duff-Poritzky, Maureen Connolly, Judie Lapolla, Candace D’Addario, Ken Dobbins and Maria Tomaselli.

Duff-Poritzky and Connolly have been recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite award. This distinguished honor is awarded to the top 3 percent of approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

Lapolla  has been recognized with the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society award. This distinguished honor is awarded to the top 11 percent of approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

D’Addario, Dobbins and Tomaselli have been recognized with the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society award. This distinguished honor is awarded to the top 16 percent of approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

The sales associates will be honored during a special celebration at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich, Conn. on May 14. Guests will enjoy food, music and dancing. Each year, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recognizes the work of exceptional sales associates and sales teams through its distinguished awards program.

“These sales associates are incredibly talented and dedicated, and they were able to use their top-notch marketing and sales skills to  effectively meet the needs of homebuyers and sellers,” said Cathleen Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. “I fully expect that they will continue to be successful in the coming months and year.”
