Riniti was invited to join other award recipients and select management for a special, three-day retreat at The Breakers Palm Beach in Florida in early August.
The President’s Council award is an annual honor given by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s parent company, NRT, to recognize the top branch managers of 710 offices nationwide who demonstrate exemplary leadership and management skills.
“The President’s Council honor recognizes managers who consistently demonstrate a standard of excellence in both management and teamwork, and establishes a precedent for all offices throughout the Coldwell Banker system internationally,” said Cathleen Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. “It gives me great pride to see Donna acknowledged for her hard work and to have her as part of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage management team.”
Branch managers from across the country traveled to The Breakers to attend business strategy sessions and to network with colleagues.
