Candidates must be legal residents of Westchester County for at least three continuous months immediately preceding the date of the written examination.

- YMCA- Weyman Avenue Martin Luther King Center, 95 Lincoln Ave.
- Municipal Housing Authority, 50 Sickles Ave.
- New Rochelle Public Library, 1 Library Plaza
- Boys and Girls Club of New Rochelle, 116 Guion Place.
