Rob Cho's Kimchi Smoke of Westwood will introduce a brisket kimchi pie at The Plank Pizza Company in Saddle Brook.
"I've been putting kimchi on my pizza since I was a child but I never officially made one," said Cho, who opened Kimchi Smoke in October.
Cho puts a Korean twist on Texas BBQ and recently participated in the Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival, the Daily Voice reported in November.

The co-mingling with Plank Pizza is the start of Cho's second year of pop-up food tours. The 2016 Whole Lotta Love World Tour had him introducing smoked kimchi all over the NY-NJ metropolitan area.
The schedule for this year's "Black Celebration World Tour '17" includes a stop in Houston.

"We're expecting a good crowd," he said of the event at The Plank Pizza Company.
Eating and drinking take place Feb 9 and 10 from 5-10 p.m.
Aside from Cho's special pizza, he will bring along some sandwiches.
"The brisket and kimchi sandwiches are my most popular," he said.
Not on his regular menu, Cho will make The Philly Rabe Cho, which is roast pork, broccoli rabe, smoked kimchi and sharp provolone on a brioche roll.
People can also order from the Plank Pizza's regular menu.
There are 41 beers on tap, many from Garden State breweries, and 300 craft varieties in bottles, nothing mass produced.
