Police told the Stamford Advocate that 40-year-old Jarion Castillo-Martinez had met the other man at a bar in New York in January and took him back to his Stamford home. The man, who is under 21, told police that he passed out after having a beer that tasted funny, according to the Stamford Advocate.

When the man woke up, he reported that Castillo-Martinez was performing a sex act on him, according to the Stamford Advocate. He left the apartment and reported the incident to police, according to the Stamford Advocate.

Another man had made a similar complaint against Castillo-Martinez a month earlier, and police told the Stamford Advocate that tests revealed that the two men both had the same drug in their system. Castillo-Martinez was arrested and charged with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault of someone who was physically helpless, and purchasing liquor for a minor, the Stamford Advocate reported.
