At 5:10 p.m., troopers responded to the southbound side at milepost in 38 in Hanover Township and found the driver of a Chevy pickup, who has not been identified, having the medical emergency, Trooper Troy McNair said.
He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead, McNair said.
