Astorino Reads Dr. Seuss to Cortlandt Fifth-Graders

Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino with Lisa Braunstein's fifth-grade class at Van Cortlandtville Elementary School in Mohegan Lake.

MOHEGAN LAKE, N.Y. – Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino read a Dr. Seuss book to fifth-graders at Van Cortlandtville Elementary School this week as part of Celebrate Reading Week.

Astorino, a father of three, read "Oh the Places You'll Go!" to students in Lisa Braunstein's class. The story was chosen because the fifth-graders are moving to Lakeland Copper Beech Middle School next year and will face new and exciting challenges.
