The Peekskill School District has used four of six snow days allotted. Make-up dates would be March 30, March 31 and April 1.

Lakeland also has used four of its allotted six snow days. District spokesman Jim VanDevelde said the district would have to take away from vacations and also is considering making the March 20 superintendent's conference day a day of student attendance. Dates impacted would include Feb. 17, April 6 and May 22.

Pleasantville has used two snow days this year, while Yorktown used all five of its allotted snow days. Monday's snowstorm meant the district will have to use a make-up day April 6.

Future make-up dates will  be taken March 30, April 1, April 2, March 31 and April 3.

"Let’s hope for a more gentle winter and an early spring," said Yorktown Superintendent Ralph Napolitano.

The Putnam Valley School District used up its sixth allotted snow day Monday and students will now come to school Friday, March 20, on a day originally scheduled as a superintendent's conference day for teachers..

If school is closed for any additional emergency closings, the make-up days would be Monday, April 6, Monday, March 30, Tuesday, March 31 and Wednesday, April 1.
