Five Yorktown Residents Elected To Play In Brine Academy

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Five Yorktown residents were  selected to play in the 2015 Brine National Lacrosse Academy in Virginia beginning Monday and running through July 2.

Reese Andrews, Keegan Doller, John Hufnagel, Daniel O’Meara and Brendan Williams, all current eighth-graders in the Yorktown and Lakeland Central School districts, have been named as a 2015 Brine National All-Star and have been selected to represent the Connecticut\Hudson Valley region.  

The Brine National Lacrosse Academy brings the top middle school lacrosse players in the country to one venue, where regional teams are coached by NCAA lacrosse coaches and compete to become national champions.
