SHRUB OAK, N.Y.- Lakeland athletes enjoyed success on the field but for some of them, that success has resulted in scholarship offers to take their talents to some of the finest colleges and universities in the country. Lakeland High School seniors Cady Langdon, Emma Bozek and Shannon Scavelli each signed letters of intent last week. Langdon signed her letter of intent to play soccer for Lynn College in Florida, while Bozek signed to attend the University of North Carolina and play field hockey. Scavelli signed to attend and play field hockey at the University of Michigan.
