Yorktown's Mabus Nets Hat Trick in Iona Win

Kylie Gregory scored five goals and finished with seven points as visiting Iona defeated Niagara, 16-7, in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference women’s lacrosse game Saturday. Gregory leads the team in scoring with 35 goals and 11 assists. Yorktown graduate Brittney Mabus added a hat trick and three assists, and Casey Scully scored four goals. Gregory scored four goals in the first half, sending Iona to a 9-3 lead at halftime. Mabus assisted on two of Gregory’s goals and a Scully score.
