YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, NY. - Frederick H. "Duke" Ducady, Jr., a lifelong Yorktown Heights resident died May 7. He was 86.

Ducady was born Feb. 19, 1927, in Yorktown, son of Frederick H. and Mary Ducady. He served in the U.S. Navy as fireman first class during WWII. He was a welder for Metro North Railroad, retiring in 1987 after 41 years.
