A motor-vehicle crash that initially took out the right lane resulted in delays on a stretch of the northbound Taconic State Parkway during the Friday evening commute.
The crash, reported at around 5 p.m., occurred at Route 6 in Yorktown.
A bit farther north, there were backups in Philipstown after a 5:15 p.m. motor-vehicle crash at Route 9 (Albany Post Road) and Route 403.
