I suggest the reporter puts in a FOIL request with the state police asking for any and all documentation regarding the arrest on Sept. 6 and any previous arrests. Did the reporter ask if anyone else was in the car? Or who drove the car home from the highway? Where he was coming from? View Comment

Since the headline of this story speaks about an action the Republicans are taking -- in this case, slamming the legislature -- the photo should be of a Republican, not of a Democrat. Use Harckham in an inside photo. View Comment

The headline on this article convicts this man. Since he has only been arrested and charged, it should read, "Police: Pet store employee swipes over $600 from register." View Comment
