"It’s hard to believe that 20 years has gone by," Executive Director Katherine Quinn said. "We decided it would be fun to mark this very special occasion by throwing a birthday party. We look forward to celebrating along with our friends, supporters and anyone who knows us."

Tickets cost $45, and include unlimited wine, cheese and hors d'oeuvres. The event also includes music and raffles -- and birthday cake.

RSVPs are required: do so online, by calling 914-962-6402 or emailing info@supportconnection.org.

Nancy Heller and Rich Adamski, of Yorktown Heights, co-founded Support Connection in the summer of 1996. In its 20 years, the nonprofit has helped thousands of women and families cope with the challenges of a breast or ovarian cancer diagnosis.

Heller, Adamski and Quinn will all be on hand for the festivities.

The celebration will be from 5:30-8 p.m., at The Briarcliff Manor, 25 Studio Hill Rd., in Briarcliff Manor. If you can't make it but would still like to support the organization's services, you can donate here.
