Restaurants must register by Monday if they want to participate in the 10th annual event, which features more than 100 restaurants. The event is designed to celebrate the region’s distinct and diverse cuisine, emphasizing New York State sustainable, seasonal products.
“We’re excited to see the continued growth of Fall 2016 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week,” said Janet Crawshaw, founder of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week.
Crawshaw said the event generates more than $10 million in sales revenue. Hudson Valley Restaurant Week features prix fixe, three-course dinners priced at $29.95 and lunches at $20.95. In the most recent restaurant week, more than 200 participating restaurants served an estimated quarter of a million patrons.
