Mayor Drew Fixel installed the upcoming president Rabbi David Holtz and other officers and board members. 

Holtz thanked outgoing president Margaret Black for her dedication and hard work during her term. 

Black presented the President's award to Cathy Brown, Laura Murray and Jack Jolly for outstanding achievements.
