CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- The Mohegan Volunteer Fire Association confirmed that a fire at a learning center is still active and declined to offer more details, but according to published reports, a house at Maple Avenue and Galloway Lane caught fire at 10:30 a.m.
Firefighters are battling an active blaze at a home that also houses a learning center in Cortlandt.

According to published reports, firefighters have not determined the cause of the blaze.
