Come To Casting Call In Yorktown For Public Service Announcement

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- The Alliance for Safe Kids in Yorktown Heights is holding a local open casting call for a public service announcement (PSA) for a teen house party/mock documentary.

The production is a House Party PSA. It is a video produced by The Alliance for Safe Kids.

This is for non-union individuals. Meals are included. This is a non-paying position.

More information about the PSA is as follows:

  • Roles: teenagers, male and female–ages 14-20, looking for 15 featured, 10-15 extras; Adults: Male & Female–ages 35-65, police officers, Coach, Neighbor, Vice Principal, Counselor, Nurse, Parents, Various--looking for 10 featured.
  • Pre-production and Production dates and location: Full cast and crew are meeting the week prior to production: tentatively, Monday, Feb. 22, 7-8:30 p.m.; Crew Tech Scout is meeting Friday, Feb. 26, from 5-6 p.m.
  • Shoot Dates: Feb. 27-28, Day 1: Full Day, teens and select adults. Day 2: Partial day for all featured teens and adults (no extras).
  • Location: Residence–Yorktown Heights.

The audition date is Thursday, Feb. 4, from 3–7 p.m.
