Putnam Man Apprehended After Making Terrorist Threats, Police Say

Police have arrested a 30-year-old resident of Garrison who allegedly made terroristic threats in the Hasidic village of Kiryas Joel, according to News 12.

The suspect, identified as Frank Zebzda, appeared in the village wearing body armor and uttering profanity before he was taken into custody, News 12 reports.

Zebzda was arraigned at Monroe Town Court on six charges, including marijuana possession, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Friday, according to News 12.
