  • Kear Street (Marathon Development) In a 3-0 vote, the board approved the site plan.
  • Village Traditions, East Main Street, Mohegan Lake The owner wants to amend a previously approved site plan and replace a barn with a new mixed use retail/office building.
  • Chase Bank, Commerce Street A public hearing will be held on July 11. The one remaining issue is the ability to make two left turns out of the site.
  • Tree Law/Referral from Town Board The board continued its discussion of the draft new tree law, preferring to limit its comments to general themes rather than a section by section review. In general, members felt that the current law had not created problems for the board and that the board needs flexibility in applying the law to different circumstances.
